The advantage of what you see here is the link to each CFA. But for purposes of clarity, I am posting a PDF of the whole sheet that is more illustrative. You can see that the average per unit costs are steadily rising. In any event, in the interests to trying to have some clarity to these numbers I am posting this below. Thanks to Slideshare.
